Goodness gracious it is hot outside. I mean HOT. So hot that Nashville has broken some records in the last week. So hot in fact, that my air conditioner couldn’t keep up and finally just lay down and died on Friday. Yeah, that hot.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the summer. If I could hibernate through each winter and not wake up till it was nice and toasty outside, my hubs would be spared much grouchiness about the cold weather, cold house, icy cold floors. But when it’s 109 degrees outside and hasn’t rained in who knows how long, my thoughts start to wander towards breezy days, cool nights and swirling leaves. Here’s a little autumn inspiration to help cool your thoughts.
