The summer is making way for the fall and though I am currently mourning the loss of the swimming pool I am so excited about big piles of leaves and crisp weather.  I am also excited about county fair season!  This brings cotton candy, funnel cake, big ole giant lollypops and about ten extra pounds.  Oh, I guess there are rides and stuff too.  Last year around this time my family and I were expecting little Isla, our daughter, and wanted to do a shot to capture my ever-growing stomach as well as our family as a family of three for the last time.  Cian, our son, was also about to turn three so this seemed the perfect time to do a shoot.  I know there are a ton of other people at the fair, but it turned out to be a great place for the shoot. The colors were awesome and it was really fun to just capture our family as we were, having a good time. I think this would be a great time for an engagement or maternity shoot as well!

This totally makes me want to pack up and run away with the circus, or at least hit up a fair!
