On average, our clients' budgets range from $50,000-$100,000 for 150-200 guests.
Sometimes design is not necessarily so much a look as it is a feeling that you want your guests to experience throughout the celebration. This is a collaborative process and we want your wedding to look, feel and basically scream YOU. Once we have a feel of your style and personality, we will start piecing together a design with an inspiration board. From there, we'll help figure out all the details, sourcing and logistics. Design services start at $5500.

Obviously they are the only wedding planner I have ever used but they made the whole process so relaxed and they think of everything so planning your wedding is actually fun and not stressful at all! Plus they are super cool ladies that you will want to be friends with after the whole process. My wife and I hired the very capable women at Moden Vintage for our Feb 2018 wedding in Nashville. Six months later, reflecting back on our magical wedding weekend, we couldn’t have hired a better duo to support us.

The difference was ASTOUNDING. Modern Vintage’s tag team partnership made rentals and decisions a breeze. They onboarded us into Aisle Planner and ... get this... they spent time inside AP and commented/updated tasks. We had a project management tool that we all used in symphony, aiding in a very low-stress (at least on the planning side!) run up to the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, Modern Vintage was incredible. They were on point, protecting my brides confidence by keeping vendors away from her. They shuffled the photographer in, made sure our reception venue was perfect, rounded family for photos, and more. In a world where “anyone” can claim to be an expert, it’s hard to find who is real and who is not. These ladies are the real deal and we are forever grateful.

It's hard to explain JUST how wonderful Becca and Jessie are. They're organized, they're creative, they have a wonderful sense of style and maintain a sense of calm and control even when everything is going crazy. I think that is probably the most important thing during the wedding-planning process and the day... and if there was ever a wedding being planned to test abilities to improvise and stay calm during panic- it was this one! (Think wedding dress fiasco... all I'm going to say, is Becca and Jessie coordinated and picked up my wedding dress from a car wash during the ceremony rehearsal if that gives you any idea. They're super heroes.)

Working with Jess and Becca was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We hired them for partial planning and event design, and Jess and Becca were there every step of the way to create the wedding we had envisioned. Both are incredibly organized and knew about details/questions to ask that I would have never thought of. They are amazing at what they do! Even with rain on our wedding day, Jess was able to execute the rain plan beautifully, as if it had been the original plan all along. All-around great planners and just awesome people in general.

MVE planned our wedding at The Wren's Nest. I live abroad and really needed to rely on someone local to help me plan the wedding and I can not stress enough how flawless of a job these girls did. From the flowers to the food and DJ and everyone else involved, it was a day I will ever forget. It rained heavily on the day of my wedding but that didn't stop MVE, my husband and I from having a blast. They kept a close eye on the weather and when we had a quick window of no rain we all marched up through the woods and had the outdoor ceremony I dreamed of. This took a lot of organization on their part but they pulled it off flawlessly and I greatly appreciated it. Note from my parents: They wouldn't dare attempt to have a wedding without a planner and MVE are the best in town!
