welcome

Hi, we're Modern Vintage. We love weddings, we love love & we love to sing while we set up. Our favorite part of the day is watching you, as a new couple, walk back down the aisle after the ceremony. That feeling of elation & pure joy is why we do what we do.

Murfreesboro Wedding Planners, Stephanie and Ryan’s Colorful Spring Wedding

Nov 14

Stephanie and Ryan love each other.  (Duh right?)  You could tell through their wedding day by stolen glances and the pure excitement they had about just being together.  They maneuvered the wedding, with 500 guests, together and left with a flurry of excitement.  Stephanie is a sweet friend of mine. She has a wonderful heart and is someone you can just laugh with.  I know she had prayed for Ryan and he prayed for her.  Stephanie and Ryan both have incredible families, the kind that support each other and stand behind each other in all their endeavors.  This showed with the amazing people they had at their ceremony and reception and the incredible clean up and set up crew they had show up!  (Ya’ll seriously, this crew broke down all the contents of a HUGE tent in no time.  Warms my wedding planner heart.)

There were so many personal details incorporated and both families put a lot of work into making the wedding happen.  Sherrie, Stephanie’s mom, has amazing organization skills and kept everything together.  Ryan’s family owns a tent company as well as a fireworks company so they provided both an amazing tent and a fun fireworks show.  Darrell, Ryan’s father, also  married the couple.  Some of the centerpieces has wooden boxes that were custom built by both Stephanie and Ryan’s fathers.  The ceremony and reception were held at the home of Stephanie’s parents, Sherrie and Ray.  I know they worked their tails off to prepare because their yard looked incredible!

The ceremony was very Christ centered and featured music from a husband and wife duo.  Lining the aisles were flowers as well as scriptures tied to shepherd’s hooks.  They also had a custom built arbor that was breathtaking.

The reception was filled with games, love, laughter and a Marble Slab ice cream bar!  There was a fireworks display and a grande firework exit.  It was such a fun wedding day!
