welcome

Hi, we're Modern Vintage. We love weddings, we love love & we love to sing while we set up. Our favorite part of the day is watching you, as a new couple, walk back down the aisle after the ceremony. That feeling of elation & pure joy is why we do what we do.

DIYF: I Mustache You a Question…

Jun 29

First thing you should know is that I do not think the mustache craze is getting old.  Not even in the slightest bit.  In fact, I would really love a mustache on a stick just to carry around in my purse.  I might have to DIY this one myself because you never know when you might need to be incognito.

I thought you might need an example of incognito.  I bet you have no idea who that is in the photo above.

From Lisa Welge Photography, here is a good mustache on a stick tutorial.  You can use paper, felt or even white cotton balls on paper if you want a Santa stache.

Sometimes you just need a good cup of joe.  I heard Joe had a mustache these days…

I love this mustache mug because what mug couldn’t  use a mustache?  I don’t actually drink coffee but if I did I would rock one of these.  I found this one on The Tortoise and the Hare.  They have a great tutorial.  It looks like they drew the stachio freehand, which would mean mine might look like a kindergartner made it.  If you are freehand challenged like me, you could use a template.

Your homework over the weekend is to either grow a mustache that would make Mr. Feeny proud.  If you can’t grow one, put one on a mug or a stick.
