Cat and Aaron are stylish, down to earth and love to celebrate. They are two accomplished people who love to toast their day to day life with a glass of champagne. They met at a friend’s birthday gathering in 2008 and have seen each other through so much over their relationship: starting a business, changing jobs, moving (a couple of times) and adopting pets. They brought so much of themselves into their wedding day while their closest friends and family surrounded them with love.
The friend whose birthday gathering they were attending was also their wedding officiant! As each guest arrived they were greeted with a glass of champagne that they used to toast with during the ceremony.
Aaron is a purveyor of luxury rugs, one of which they stood upon for their ceremony. Through smiles (by Cat) , tears (by Aaron), and laughter (from them both) they said their vows to love each other as best friends and faithful partners. They promised to love and inspire one another and to laugh and lift each other up. Most importantly they promised to love each other unconditionally through all of life’s adventures.
Cat and Aaron are extremely chic and fashionable. Noelle hotel, with its detailed design elements and amazing rooftop view of Nashville, was the perfect backdrop for their “I dos”. They wanted a pulled together wild look within a luxurious atmosphere. Some words they used to describe their wedding were, luxe but comfortable, elegant but approachable, timeless but modern and classic but eclectic. We think they nailed it.
Some colors that Cat was drawn to were grey, ivory, blush and gold accents. Rosemary & Finch brought in the perfect light and airy feel with the flowers while keeping a modern, urban feel. Textures are important so we brought in a textured linen from La Tavola for all the guest tables the softened and complemented the textures within Saidee Ballroom at Noelle.
Their guests enjoyed signature cocktails within the beautiful Archives of Noelle and a plated dinner (with champagne of course). Their cake was sleek and topped with macarons.
After dinner guests moved up to Rare Bird, the rooftop of Noelle where they were greeted with a neon sign that Cat surprised Aaron with. They danced and drank champagne surrounded by the beautiful Nashville skyline. The day was beautiful and so full of laughter and love.
We were so excited to be a part of Cat + Aaron’s wedding day and we still miss them. We are so grateful for the amazing vendor team that helped to make this happen.
